How to File a Warranty Claim

2,Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label within 24-48 hours.

3,Ship the Printer

Pack the printer securely and ship it using the prepaid label we provide.

4,Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and verify the defect, we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
